Returns & Exchange Policy

The sale price, except the donation made to our named charity, will be refunded if the merchandise is returned within 15 days of your order delivery.

All merchandise must be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

Exchange Terms

In the case of an exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@faru-clothing.com prior to sending back your item/s.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, FARU reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 business days.

Please note: we provide free shipment on exchanges for UK, EU, USA, UAE, South Africa and Australia.

Refund Terms

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, FARU reserves the right to deny a refund if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days in the original form of payment.

Please be advised that in case of a full return (all items in the order) the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund, except where free shipping was supplied (UK, EU, USA, UAE, South Africa and Australia and worldwide orders over 75GBP).
